Health & Safety
What precautions is Ensemble taking to protect students and staff regarding COVID-19?
Vaccinations: As of Fall 2023, Ensemble does not require that staff and students be vaccinated for COVID-19. Please note that our previous policy, which required vaccinations for all staff and eligible students, may be reinstated at any time as deemed necessary by Ensemble administration. If you have symptoms of or have been exposed to COVID-19, please do not come to class.
Masks: At this time, Ensemble does not require masks. We will continue to evaluate this policy and make any adjustments as deemed necessary by Ensemble administration. If your student has symptoms of, or has knowingly been exposed to COVID-19, please do not send them to class.
Students exhibiting obvious symptoms or who are known to have been exposed or infected with COVID-19 may not be admitted into class or may be required to wear a mask. If you are uncomfortable with your student wearing a mask in class, please be sure to keep them home when sick or symptomatic. No make-ups, credits, refunds, or pro-rated tuition will be offered.
Class Information
Where can I find details on Ensemble’s classes (prices, schedules, requirements, etc.)?
Please see the Class Catalog.
My student is going to be absent, late, or needs to leave class early. How do I report this?
Please submit all of the above to the form at www.ensemblepas.com/absent rather than calling or emailing. Form submissions are available to all Ensemble staff and substitutes, so this is the best way to inform us of a conflict.
Where can I find a schedule of holidays and vacations?
- Class Catalog. (These dates can be found on any of the class pages as well as the Important Details & FAQs Page. Only dates when Ensemble will not have class will be listed. If a date is not listed, that means that classes will run as usual.)

Class Requirements and Materials
What shoes does my student need for class?
Please see the Class Catalog or Dress Code & Shoes Page.
What if my student doesn’t have the proper footwear for class?
Students with incorrect or ill-fitting footwear will be required to sit out.
What materials does my student need for class?
Please see the Class Catalog. Materials for each class can be founding on the corresponding page.
How do I access the Ensemble Google Drive?
The Ensemble Google Drive is an outstanding resource where students and families can access rehearsal materials and other helpful information. While we do not publish the link to the site, it can be found in the Welcome Letter distributed at the beginning of each semester and is also accessible via QR Codes placed around the studio.
Performances
When are the performances?
Please see the Class Catalog. Tech and Performance Dates for each class can be found on the corresponding page.
Where are the performances?
Ensemble is fortunate enough to be able to utilize The Norwood Theatre (109 Central Street – Norwood, MA) as our venue for our mainstage performances. More intimate performances, including our Acting & Music Recitals, are held at Mockingbird Music School (25 Robert Drive – South Easton, MA).
What/When is tech week?
Tech Week is the week leading up to the performance when all the elements of the performance come together – lights, sound, costumes, etc. This is a very exciting time for the students when they finally get to rehearse in their performance space. Please see the Class Catalog for a full schedule.
My student has a conflict during tech week. Is that a problem?
In short – yes. Tech Week is an extremely important time for the students and these rehearsals are considered mandatory. Dates are provided in the Class Catalog before registration opens and are also distributed to families upon registration. All families are asked to confirm that they are aware of the tech schedule when submitting the registration form. Please be sure to have these dates in your calendar.
When will tickets be available? How much will they be?
Tickets generally go on sale about a month before the performance. Ticket prices will be made available when they go on sale and are generally between $10-20 per person.
Other Questions
I have a question for one of the instructors. Can I “catch” them between classes?
It can be difficult for teachers to touch base in between classes and ensure that they begin and end classes on time. Out of consideration for staff and students, please contact us via email at [email protected] or phone at 508-282-5235 with any questions or concerns. We’d be happy to help or set up a meeting!
I have other questions regarding the program.
The best way to contact us is via email at [email protected]. Please note that Ensemble is only open during class hours. If you would like to schedule a meeting or a tour, please email us at the address above.
