PAYMENT OPTIONS

SEND INVOICE(S): INVOICES WILL BE SENT TO THE PRIMARY EMAIL ADDRESS ABOVE FOR ALL COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH THE SELECTED PROGRAMS.

AUTO PAY: I give permission for ensemble to charge the card on file for all costs associated with the selected programs. I have saved my card information through the invoicing system (or will upon receiving my first invoice). I agree to keep my auto-pay information up to date. I understand that there will be a $25.00 late fee for any payments received after the 1st of the month due to incorrect card information or insufficient funds. I understand that auto payments will be charged upon registration for 1st month’s tuition & fees for Fall & Spring programs as well as Summer deposits, Drop-In Lessons/Classes, Workshops, Summer classes and lessons, etc. After that, Fall & Spring tuition will be charged at the end of each month for the following month’s tuition. Summer balances will be charged in early/mid May. I agree to pay any overdraft fees charged to Ensemble as a result of insufficient funds on the card information provided. I understand that no refunds will be given once payments have been run and that all drops must be submitted by the 20th of the month prior in order to avoid being charged the month’s payment.
